4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

5. Payments & Financing

  • Payment terms will be described in your individual contract.
  • For financing solutions (e.g. Ma Prime Rénov, CEE, loans), Solal Renov supports you by advising you but is not responsible for approval decisions made by third-party providers.
  • Customers remain responsible for compliance with financing agreements.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Project cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Fees may apply depending on the progress of the work.
  • Changes to the scope of work will require a revised agreement and may affect project timelines and costs.

7. Liability & Warranties

  • Solal Renov ensures that all renovation work is carried out by certified and qualified professionals.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).
  • Warranties on materials and installations are provided by manufacturers and installers, as specified in your contract.
